- Flexible: Cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. The total price will be charged if cancelled less than 3 days before arrival.
- Monthly: Cancel free of charge until 5 days before arrival. The total price will be charged if cancelled less than 5 days before arrival.
- Early Bird: Non-refundable. Book at least 3 weeks in advance to receive a discount.
8. How is the cancellation money refunded?
Our finance department will issue the refund once approved. Refunds typically take up to 14 working days, depending on your bank’s procedures.
9. How do I check the status of my refund?
Once issued, a refund receipt will be sent to you. For any issues, please contact our finance department.
10. What amenities are included in the rooms?
Each room includes an en suite bathroom, modern fixtures, TV, Wi-Fi, and views of the River Nent or the gardens (depending on the room type). Additional amenities like an iron and ironing board or travel cot are available upon request.
11. Do the cottages have kitchens?
Yes, our self-catering cottages are equipped with fully-fitted kitchens including microwaves, stoves, fridges, and other essentials for a comfortable stay.

Due to the historic nature of the building, there are no ground-level bedrooms or lifts. Please inform us of your requirements when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
